Welfare in action

Whisker Foundation was established to address the root causes of animal vulnerability in Snohomish County. Rather than operating a traditional shelter, we focus our resources on funding rescue networks, delivering humane education, and driving local advocacy.

By empowering families with resources and training, we keep companion animals out of crisis and in the homes where they are loved.
